Privacy Policy

Cloud Orbit Technologies respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our engagements, why we process it, and the rights you hold over it.

Scope

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of this website and to representatives of clients, partners and applicants who share information with Cloud Orbit Technologies. Where we process data on behalf of a client as part of a delivery engagement, that processing is governed by the data processing agreement in the relevant contract.

Data

What we collect and why

  • Contact details you submit

Name, work email, company and message content submitted through our contact form, used solely to respond to your enquiry.

  • Technical data

IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in server logs to keep the site secure and reliable.

  • Recruitment data

CVs and application details sent to us, retained only for the duration of the hiring process unless you consent to longer storage.

  • Client engagement data

Business contact information required to deliver contracted services, processed under legitimate interest or contractual necessity.

Your rights

Control over your data

  • Access and portability

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a machine-readable format.

  • Rectification

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Erasure

Request deletion where we have no overriding legal or contractual reason to retain the data.

  • Objection and restriction

Object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict it while a request is reviewed.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making. Data is retained only as long as required for the purpose it was collected or as mandated by law. To exercise any right, or to raise a concern, contact info@cloudorbittechnologies.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
